Responsibilities Responsible for the production and operation of the factory, controlling the entire process of delivery, quality, safety, and cost during the production process, developing and implementing production plans, and ensuring the completion of production targets; Optimize production processes and line layout, scientifically allocate resources, improve product production efficiency, continuously reduce production and operating costs, strictly control product quality inspection processes, and ensure timely product delivery; Lead and manage a diversified production and operation team, promote cross-cultural team integration, solve internal team problems and needs, motivate team members, and create a harmonious and efficient working atmosphere; Qualifications College degree or above, major in mechanical and electrical related fields, with more than five years of experience in production and operation management of mechanical and electrical equipment enterprises; Familiar with the production process and workflow of integrated electrical equipment, deeply grasp quality control points, and adept at solving various unexpected problems throughout the product lifecycle; Experience in production and operation management of similar manufacturing enterprises in Mexico, proficient in diversified team management; Having good leadership and team spirit, high sense of responsibility, and awareness of lean production and cost control;
