This is the perfect role for someone ready to step into a regional leadership position, overseeing large manufacturing sites, driving Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, and acting as a strategic partner to site managers and senior leadership across the Americas. Our client is a global powerhouse in the packaging space, operating in over 38 countries with more than 5,000 employees worldwide. They’re in rapid expansion mode, with plans to double in size over the next eight years. As part of this growth, they’re looking for a high-caliber Operations Director to guide multi-site teams in Mexico and Brazil, improve processes, and lead from the front in building the future of sustainable packaging operations. In this role you’ll take ownership of operations across multiple manufacturing sites, setting strategy, overseeing safety and quality programs, and leading continuous improvement projects from the ground up. You’ll work closely with site managers, process engineers, and the regional MD to ensure the right people, processes, and systems are in place to deliver operational excellence at scale. This role will suit a proven Operations leader with a background in packaging, manufacturing, or process-driven industries. Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and multi-site operations is essential, alongside the ability to build high-performing teams and drive change in fast-growing environments. Spanish language skills are highly desirable.
