We are offering a strategic opportunity for a Tax Assistant Manager to join our leadership pipeline. This role requires solid expertise in Mexican tax legislation, ideally gained within the manufacturing sector, and the ability to bring value beyond compliance. Responsibilities: • Coordinate tax returns to ensure they are filed on time. • Verify accounting closings to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information. • Compliance with internal tax policies to promote reliability and transparency in tax management. • Assessment of tax risks to identify opportunities for improvement and mitigate potential consequences. • Prepare tax reports to provide visibility and understand the sector's financial results. • Coordinate audits and requirements to ensure an adequate response to observations and suggestions from tax authorities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 5 years of experience in a leadership role Strong knowledge of Mexican tax laws; manufacturing industry experience preferred. Proficiency in SAP.
