Position Summary We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Supervisor of Internal and External Material Flow to coordinate the physical movement of direct materials—ranging from raw materials to finished products—within our company. This role is essential to ensuring timely and accurate material supply to production lines, maintaining inventory reliability, and driving continuous improvement across logistics and production processes. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage resources effectively, and uphold our standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence. Preferred Qualifications Experience with MFG-PRO or similar MRP systems for inventory control Familiarity with ISO-TS and ISO 14000 quality systems Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S methodology Understanding of environmental operational controls and impact reduction procedures Required Qualifications University degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse processes, materials management, or supply chain Proven ability to manage work teams and coordinate across departments Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach and ability to work under pressure Position Overview The Supervisor of Material Flow will be responsible for coordinating work teams on the production floor, ensuring equipment and warehouse conditions support efficient operations, and minimizing material shortages. Key responsibilities include: Guaranteeing timely receipt and system entry of required materials Driving continuous improvement in production and logistics processes Ensuring optimal material supply to production lines through effective coordination Maintaining inventory accuracy and aligning with supply chain solutions for new requirements Communicating risks to production plans and collaborating with relevant departments Managing personnel and resources to meet logistics objectives Promoting a culture of order, cleanliness, quality, and safety Developing technical competencies among operational staff This role requires a high sense of urgency, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles.
