We are seeking an APQP Engineer to report to the Quality Manager. The successful candidate will ensure that new products, transfers, and existing processes meet customer requirements through advanced product and quality planning. About the job: Manage DRPV/Job1, run & rate PTR, PSO, Pilot runs, containments (GP12), and customer compliance requirements. Lead quality metrics according to company and customer-specific requirements (APQP, Phased PPAP). Coordinate advanced product and quality planning activities. Perform potential capability studies for new products and processes. Participate in project risk analysis, especially for new technologies. Respond to customer complaints, analyze quality issues, and propose corrective actions. Establish and monitor quality indicators and acceptable criteria for products. Manage activities in the dimension testing laboratory related to new products and processes. Implement and maintain quality procedures in accordance with international standards (IATF 16949) and company policies. Identify and communicate customer-specific requirements to project teams. Ensure timely validation of products and processes through audits, process releases, and manufacturing process audits. About you: Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. 1-2 years of experience as a Quality, Process, or Project Engineer. Proficiency with Core Tools (CP, AMEF, PDF, SPC, MSA). Troubleshooting skills (8D, 5Why's, Ishikawa). Knowledge of statistical tools is a plus. Practical experience with APQP and PPAP. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Background in Quality, with automotive industry experience considered advantageous. Knowledge of ISO/IATF 16949 and auditing experience to this standard is ideal.
