Ensure product quality through CAPA, process validation, and controls. Lead utilities and supervisors in daily operations and maintenance. Monitor and document manufacturing activities to uphold quality and EHS standards. Improve ergonomics to ensure EHS compliance and prevent injuries. Oversee product alterations, fabrication, procurement, and assembly per engineering guidelines. Develop strategies for FDA readiness, cost savings, safety, and compliance. Maintain quality standards for fixtures and tools, participate in audits, and implement poka-yokes. Support teams, collaborate across departments, and ensure goals are achieved. Support new product introductions, pilot runs, and cost engineering projects. Lead analysis, maintenance, defect reduction, CAPA, and customer complaints resolution. Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, lean initiatives, and safety projects, supervising tool room activities and waste reduction. What You'll Bring Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronic, or Aerospace Engineering. Experience with Powder Coating, Pretreatment, Welding, and assembly lines. Proven leadership skills. Residency in Monterrey. Valid vehicle and driver’s license. Advanced English proficiency.
