The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and fostering a relationship with our suppliers and vendors. You will also oversee the implementation of the supply and production strategies. Responsibilities Procure parts and materials at negotiated rate and make sure cost savings reach the target Develop a supply plan to ensure timely delivery to internal customers Create and monitor the performance of the purchasing strategy Oversee and support our purchasing staff Qualifications Strong negotiation skills 8 - 10 years' of purchasing experience Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese Good ability in team management and successor development
