Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in Mexico City and surrounding states. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing market share, and building strategic relationships with key clients and partners. The Regional Sales Manager will coordinate with internal teams and implement strategies to maximize sales performance under the direction of the Sales Director. Key Responsibilities: Sales Planning & Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan for the region. Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with key system integrators, creating tailored plans for each. Execute action plans to efficiently implement the company’s sales strategy in the assigned region. Ensure all commercial activities comply with local and international regulations, as well as Hanwha Vision’s ethical policies. Relationship Management: Design and maintain aggressive growth plans for key clients, conducting regular meetings to understand their needs and provide support. Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with system integrators, distributors, and end users. Generate demand leveraging large end users, technology partners, architects, engineering firms, and specialized consultants. Develop qualified opportunities from business development managers, ensuring deal closure and project execution with tailored proposals and sales support. Promote growth and loyalty among partners within the STEP program, driving training, certification, and integrator engagement. Explore new strategic verticals (retail, banking, industry, education, healthcare, safe city) with customized solutions. Sales Support: Provide expert guidance on Hanwha Vision products and solutions, proactively identifying new business opportunities. Conduct sales presentations to introduce the Hanwha Vision portfolio to prospective clients. Perform on-site and virtual visits to present solutions, monitoring project progress. Support integrators in system design, proposal development, deal closure, and project execution. Prepare and deliver quotes, ensuring timely product delivery. Order Fulfillment Coordination: Maintain clear and timely communication with regional sales managers, business developers, key account managers, distribution managers, operations, and the sales director to ensure on-time delivery. Monitor order status and resolve any issues promptly. Market Analysis & Strategy Development: Maintain deep knowledge of clients, opportunities, markets, and competitors. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats in the region. Develop strategies to increase market share and achieve sales objectives. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance metrics. Forecast sales and revenue for the region, providing regular progress reports. Maintain CRM system to manage opportunities, client interactions, and sales activities. Achieve quarterly and annual quota goals, monitoring pipeline value and weekly forecasts. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to align strategies and initiatives. Collaborate with training teams and STEP program managers to ensure integrators maintain certifications and client training needs are supported. Provide strategic and market feedback to the leadership team to influence product development and marketing efforts. Actively participate in industry fairs, congresses, and associations to position Hanwha Vision as a market leader. Professional Development: Develop and maintain key competencies and product knowledge required for success. Ensure clear understanding of role expectations and assigned responsibilities. Develop and maintain foundational technical knowledge of IP video surveillance, video analytics, network architecture, and integrated security solutions. Other Responsibilities: Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in B2B sales and business development within security, surveillance, or related technology sectors. Strong track record in managing strategic accounts and achieving revenue targets. Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team management skills. Deep technical knowledge of CCTV, VMS, access control, fire detection, and integrated security solutions. Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities. Fluency in English and Spanish.
