Main responsibilities: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR metrics (turnover, headcount, recruiting data, etc.) to identify trends and provide recommendations. Support the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding. Assist with HR compliance, policies, and documentation. Partner with managers and HR team members to ensure accurate data reporting and process alignment. Support HR projects such as engagement surveys, compensation analysis, and talent development initiatives. Maintain HR systems and ensure data integrity. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in HR, data analysis, or related roles. Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience using HRIS or reporting tools (SAP, Excel, Power BI). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work with sensitive information with discretion.
