This takes hard work and innovation, and we need more like-minded people on our team.El Partner Fleet Partner Solution es parte de un equipo multifuncional responsable de la resolución de cualquier requerimiento Operativo del Cliente, proponiendo mejoras en procesos alineados a *Compliance* y Políticas del cliente, asegurando un desempeño operativo sustentable y planes de acción cuando sea requerido.**Actividades:*** Manejo del Producto Completo desde una perspectiva de Operaciones para resolver cualquier requerimiento de los clientes Estratégicos (gestionados a través de los Gerentes de Flotilla) asignados a su Portafolio con un Seguimiento extraordinario.* Creación, análisis y presentación de reportes Operativos con métricos de Desempeño de los clientes (periodicidad mensual)* Resolución y Escalación en tiempo y forma (con el área de Operaciones y/o Comercial) de cualquier situación que comprometa la relación de negocio y trabajar en conjunto con el In-Plant (Si aplica) y áreas Operativas de Element* Mantener una relación ejecutiva, constante y proactiva con los clientes asignados en su portafolio, y con las áreas de Element; logrando incrementar resolución de situaciones operativas durante el primer contacto (FTR)**Calificaciones****-Educación y Experiencia*** Licenciatura, preferentemente en Admin.
