Job Description

JOB DETAILS Procure-to-Pay (PTP) •Development and reporting of analytics, KPIs, compliance reviews •Lead or support process improvement projects related to PTP cycle •Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations •SOX and external audit support •Manage and assist staff handling the Travel & Expense (T&E) helpdesk activities •Monitoring of company’s corporate credit card program •Primary point of contact with company’s T&E vendor •Concur administrator (user provisioning and de-provisioning) General Ledger Accounting •Perform day-to-day accounting functions as well as support other corporate accounting operations for the GL Accounting Team to ensure accurate, complete and timely reports and financial statements •Assist in month-end and quarter-end processes including but not limited to flux commentary, ad hoc analyses and reporting •Prepare general ledger journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations and analyses for areas assigned such as, but not limited to, PO accrual and GRIR process, Fixed Assets, Leases, Goodwill and Intangibles, recurring and non-recurring accruals, Prepaids and Other assets. •Maintain and monitor GL activities to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and operational controls, including SOX compliance •Prepare audit schedules or management reports as needed •Perform ad hoc analysis for Finance and Tax, and other inter-departmental teams as needed •Participate in special projects such as process improvement and documentation •Other duties as mutually agreed upon to make this job a career building experience. Minimum Requirements: •Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field •2+ years of accounting experience •Solid understanding of accounting within an ERP system •Experience with finance data analytics and reporting •Experience in Sarbanes-Oxley-compliant environment •Strong understanding and proficiency ofU.S. GAAP •Experience with tight deadlines and responsibility for accuracy and timeliness for work performed or reviewed •High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects •Excellent oral and written communication skills and proven ability to work with limited supervision •Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal effectively with a variety of personnel both internally and externally •Candidates may be asked to work shifts to align with global assignments • Willing to work nightshift Willing to work on site (3 months) Preferred Qualifications: •Experience in Sarbanes-Oxley-compliant environment required •PTP and T&E experience •Experience with QAD software •Concur experience •An eagerness to learn and take on challenges in a rapidly growing and dynamic environment must be a team player
