These will be careers with genuine impact!This is one such role!•Under the direction of leadership and in close collaboration with the Country ERC Heads and Representatives from other Functions, the Legal and Compliance Project Manager has the following responsibilities:•Project Management: Establishes project management office and provides project management support / Defines project scope, goals and deliverables / develops full scale work plans and executes project work plans.•Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project independently and coordinates project staff; manages project budget / Plans and schedules timelines.•Manages and directs external agencies towards the project objectives, reviews deliverables prepared by external agencies / Monitors and reports on progress of the project to Project Lead / prepares status reports with project progress and presentation for senior management.•Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately / Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt•Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable) ROLE PURPOSE Manage Sandoz third party risk management (TPRM) operations and risk assessment team to ensure third party risk assessments are completed in time, meeting defined quality requirements and to allow Sandoz to minimize the risk of disruption related to third party services.•TPRM Service Delivery Lead ensures engagement with the regional and country stakeholders to drive joint accountability and compliance to the TPRM program MAJOR•Acts as a single point of contact (SPOC) for assigned countries/region for TPRM related questions / Conducts training for key stakeholders and supports with document review as part of local language support.•Collaborates with local stakeholders (to include Country ERC, Procurement and Legal) to understand local challenges and collect feedback on the performance of the TPRM process.•Assesses the Third-Party risk assessment results and recommends a final risk classification based on pre-agreed parameters and Sandoz’s risk appetite
