We are looking for a Loyalty Data Analytics Analyst. This position will be responsible for supporting the execution and continuous improvement of data-driven strategies to strengthen customer loyalty and engagement, contributing with advanced analytical skills and actionable insights.Perform data analysis to identify customer behavior patterns and opportunities to drive retention and engagement. • Support the design and validation of statistical and predictive models, collaborating with senior analysts and managers. • Measure and optimize the effectiveness of campaigns and loyalty strategies to ensure sustainable business growth. • Act as a bridge between data and business teams, ensuring findings are clear, accurate, and actionable.Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. • Master’s Degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or another quantitative discipline (preferred).SQL – Intermediate (Mandatory) • Python – Intermediate (Mandatory) • Excel – Intermediate (Mandatory) • Tableau – Mandatory • BigQuery / ETL Pipelines – Desirable • Data exploitation and analysis (1-3 years) • Development of data pipelines / ETL processes (desirable)Life & medical insurance + 24/7 family medical assistance online. • We are Mexico’s lowest-cost airline, operating the most modern fleet in Latin America, and rapidly expanding worldwide.At Viva, we value diversity, promote gender equality, and foster innovation, collaboration, and inclusion.
