Responsibilities Must be highly mechanically inclined and have a strong ability to use basic hand tools Perform EOAT changeovers for production when directed Perform preventive automation maintenance as per instruction and assigned intervals Inspect equipment for defects and plan for solutions to prevent downtime General housekeeping around the shop and maintain safe work environment Maintain cleanliness, safety and functionality of components, tools and equipment Maintain electronic/electromechanical equipment to ensure it is in optimalrunning condition Work independent with strong technical knowledge leading team for proactive planning and maintenance Effective communication skills both verbally and written Responsible for following all internal and OSHArequired safety procedures Other responsibilities as assigned (Automatización general y en moldeo por Inyección Programación y puesta en marcha de PLCs Desarrollo y configuración de sistemas SCADA/HMI. Diseño e interpretación de diagramas eléctricos, P&P ID y esquemas neumáticos. Dominio de software de diseño Solid Works, NX, Inventor, Catia V5 o Sketchup. Implementación de control y automatización de procesos industriales. Diagnóstico y solución de fallas (troubleshooting) en maquinaria y sistemas de control. Gestión de proyectos de automatización y mejora continua (Lean, Six Sigma). Cumplimiento de normas de seguridad industrial. Diagnóstico y resolución de fallas en máquinas de inyección, robots y periféricos. Integración de sensores, actuadores y robots colaborativos en líneas de producción. Análisis de datos y estadísticas de producción para mejora continua (SPC, OEE). Cumplimiento de normas de seguridad industrial y buenas prácticas de manufactura. Gestión de proyectos de automatización, puesta en marcha y optimización de líneas de moldeo. Conocimiento y programación de servo robots / Pickers (3 ejes) Integración de robots en maquinas de moldeo por inyección). Qualifications Engineering degree or equivalency required 5 years of experience into Automation 3 years of experience in Plastics industry Other trainings, technical degree or related certificate aplus Strong knowledge of plastic processing andtroubleshooting Math skills, electrical skills andcomputer skills Design, read, use and interpret measuring devices, gauges and inspection tools Possess good hand-eye coordination with manual dexterity #J-18808-Ljbffr
