GENERAL DESCRIPTION Leads production teams to achieve strategic operational goals and promotes organizational values ​​to ensure a suitable work environment.  EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Career Path Minimum 1 year of experience as a group leader in Operations.   KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND CERTIFICATIONS• English 50%• Knowledge of manufacturing processes (welding, bending, notching).• Strong communication skillsSECTION IV: MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Comply with the health and safety policy.• Participate in the different phases of new product development.• Rigorous execution of all processes.• Manage the planning of daily activities, compliance with the production schedule, equipment repair, and inventory.• Leads continuous improvement through the use of Lean Manufacturing techniques.• Any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the department supervisor.• Performs safety-related activities.• Participates in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their role in relation to ISO 9001:2015.• Comply with safety rules determined according to their role.• Complete planned Quality and Training-related training on time.• Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.
