About Us We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Manager or Director of Sales. This individual will be responsible for building strong relationships with the leisure travel trade in Mexico and the USA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in hotel sales, travel trade sales (DMC, TO) or a sales representation company. They must be deeply knowledgeable of the leisure travel trade and distribution in Mexico and the USA. Key responsibilities will include: Building client relationships through regular communication. Conducting individual sales calls to meet with travel trade partners. Organizing small events such as dinner gatherings. Organizing webinar training about our hotel portfolio and its destinations. Attending travel trade shows on behalf of our clients. Helping organize roadshow events with up to 10 hotel clients in the market. Coordinating and accompanying agent FAM trips to visit hotels individually or in groups. Handling incoming hotel stay enquiries from the travel trade. Maintaining and updating the CRM database.
