Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Supervisor LATAM is responsible for overseeing the recruitment and selection processes for administrative and operational personnel. This involves attracting qualified talent efficiently, ensuring compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and applicable labor laws. Recruitment of Exempt employees: Attraction and selection processes across LATAM locations including Mexicali, Cartago, and Cd Juarez Collaboration with regional leaders to define recruitment strategies Coordination of attraction campaigns, job fairs, and university partnerships Management of recruitment KPIs and proposal of continuous improvement actions Operational Recruitment at the Juarez site: Supervision of local operational recruitment postings, interviews, and hiring Coordination of recruiters to meet required headcount Implementation of attraction and retention strategies for production staff Ensure compliance with quality labor and regulatory standards Developing talent attraction strategies for operational, technical, administrative, and professional positions, as well as coordinating weekly and monthly hiring plans with internal departments and stakeholders. Leading and developing the recruitment team by setting goals, providing feedback, and ensuring compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, interviews, assessments, and candidate validations. Ensuring adherence to company policies and standards. Partnering closely with department managers and supervisors to understand job profiles and business needs. Ensuring compliance with labor regulations, corporate policies, and audit requirements. Promoting employer branding initiatives, job fairs, social media strategies, and employee referral programs. Developing a trainee's program, establishing agreements with Universities. Leading employee value proposition and engagement initiatives and events. Ability to work alongside the leadership team/managers and align communication and expectations. Strong experience building multi-faceted sourcing strategies. Experience with managing standard recruitment metrics. Experience with HRIS systems, CRM, ATS, HCM. Escalation management experience. Exceptional communication and presentation experience. HR Operations experience, process technology communication, etc. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, 3 in recruitment within the manufacturing industry covering both operational and administrative positions. Native Spanish. Professional/advanced English required.
