GERENTE REGIONAL PREVENCION DE PERDIDAS – AutoZone Ready to lead our regional loss prevention and safety initiatives? Join AutoZone as a Regional Loss Prevention Manager. You will manage all LP and safety programs across the region’s stores, audit compliance, train staff, supervise inventory, conduct internal investigations, and help design and redesign LP programs. Job Description Regional Loss Prevention Manager - Handles overall LP and Safety programs for the entire Region. Responsibilities include auditing stores for compliance, training employees, supervising inventory, investigating LP incidents, coordinating with regional teams and external agencies, and supporting program design. Responsibilities Develop a market analysis plan identifying regional vulnerabilities and strategies to overcome them. Audit and train employees on LP and Safety policies and procedures. Train employees on proper inventory procedures and supervise the inventory process. Conduct all LP internal investigations within the region. Communicate with Regional & Divisional Staff, AZ Relations, police agencies, court systems regarding LP investigations. Participate as a regional team member in overall regional management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS) or equivalent. Background in Criminal Justice, Asset Protection, or related field. Five to seven years of experience in retail loss prevention, law enforcement, or AutoZone store management. Certified investigative interviewer (Wicklander‑Zulawski, Reid, Kenesics, or LSI‑Scan). Excellent training, organizational, management, leadership, investigative, and communication skills; multi‑store experience; self‑starter who thrives with minimal supervision. Preferred certifications: Certified Protection Professional, Certified Fraud Examiner.
