Identify, prospect, and secure newU.S. B2B clients .Develop and execute a sales strategy for the LATAM region focused on new business acquisition.Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events) to generate high-quality leads.Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, solution proposals, negotiation, and closing.Build trusted relationships with decision-makers (CTOs, COOs, Talent Leaders, Legal Firms, etc.).Collaborate with internal teams (recruiting, operations, delivery) to ensure service alignment.Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and activity targets.Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and virtual business meetings.Generate new U.S. clients and drive regional revenue growth.Expand nearshore opportunities by selling BPO and staffing solutions. English: C1-C2 level (spoken and written) - must be able to sell directly to U.S. executives.3-6 years of B2B sales experience in staffing, outsourcing, BPO, SaaS, or professional services, ideally selling to U.S. based clients.Proven hunter mindset: outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and closing new accounts.Demonstrated ability to conduct consultative selling with senior executives.Familiarity with nearshore service models, talent solutions, recruiting processes, or BPO operations is a strong plus.Strong negotiation, presentation, and value-based selling skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Based in Monterrey, Mexico.Competitive base salary + attractive commission structure.
