The Operations SAP Key User is on charge of the complete knowledge between the operation and the SAP system flow. He/She, is on charge of to be the main contact with operations and support areas included other key users, if there are any doubt or an error in the system or in the process. He/She, will have contact internally and externally, with the differents leaders or processes owners, with the objective to review or define new scopes, and also, share all of this changes or information to all the involved people in SAESA. Another dutties for this position, is to have common contact with support areas, to analyze data to generate indicators, to understand and to review SAP work flows and how the information in the different phases is flowing. Responsibilities Specific knowledge about the Operation and SAP process. Analyze and escalate errors or doubts in system Feedback to leaders and principals involved roles, when it detects the error root cause. Participation in different sessions about SAP topics with different leaders or teams in the Safran network. Help to different teams, to analyze information or SAP flows with the objective to create or automatize Indicators. If there are any error or issue that this role cannot attend, he/she will need to escalate these issues to technical field. Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or Related.
