Clinical Assessments:Monitor patient conditions, perform assessments, administer medications, and track vital signs. Care Planning:Develop and implement individualized care plans in coordination with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Team Collaboration:Work closely with doctors, specialists, and therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care. Patient Communication:Educate and support patients and their families on treatment plans and health management. Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in line with facility and regulatory requirements. Compliance:Follow all relevant healthcare laws, regulations, and facility policies to maintain high safety and ethical standards.Candidate Requirements Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN). Experience:1–2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred. Newly qualified nurses are also encouraged to apply. Skills:Strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Attributes:Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to high standards of patient care.
