Company Description IDS is a growing young dynamic company focused in Hospitality and Residential Architecture and Interior Design services. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect, Interior Designer located in Cancún, ROO. The role involves creating and implementing architectural and interior design concepts. Daily tasks include planning and designing spaces, creating and reviewing construction drawings, selecting and specifying finishes, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), and collaborating with other team members to bring projects to completion. The professional will manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project timelines. Qualifications Proficiency in Space Planning, Architecture, and Construction Drawings Experience in Interior Design and FF&E selection Strong project management and organizational skills Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools Strong visualization skills and attention to detail Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field Prior experience in corporate interior design is a plus
