Location:Brazil/Mexico – Working Hours:8:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST) What You’ll Do: Provide operational and administrative support to the HR function, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all HR processes. Manage and submit employee data changes, validate accuracy of change forms, and maintain employment and departmental records in line with retention policies. Utilize HR dashboards to monitor compliance, track outstanding actions, and follow up as needed, including ensuring proper processes during employee terminations. Collaborate with business leaders to confirm data, streamline workflows, and create efficiencies that enhance the employee and leader experience. Act as a liaison between HR and the business, delivering timely feedback and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
