Role Description This full‑time, on‑site role in Monterrey, NLE involves leading and managing the implementation of cyber security and functional safety processes in alignment with industry standards and regulations. Responsibilities include defining and maintaining security and safety policies, conducting risk assessments, monitoring compliance, and leading cross‑functional teams to address product security challenges. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders integrates safety and security practices throughout the product lifecycle. Qualifications Expertise in Cyber Security and Functional Safety standards, including ISO 26262 and ISO/SAE 21434 Technical skills in risk management, threat analysis, and vulnerability assessment Experience managing compliance with industry regulations and safety requirements Proficiency in leading cross‑functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Experience in the automotive or energy storage industry is a plus Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Industry Motor Vehicle Parts Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
