About the Role As part of REHAU’s strategic initiative REHAU Performance System (RPS²) , the RPS² Master plays a critical role in driving Lean transformation across the division/region. This position leads the rollout, implementation, and long-term sustainability of the RPS² methodology by coordinating major optimization initiatives, strengthening continuous improvement capabilities, and elevating operational performance across all levels of the organization. This role directly impacts REHAU’s competitiveness by improving supply capability, reducing production costs, optimizing cycle times, and minimizing inventory levels. Acting as a Change Manager, the RPS² Master ensures alignment, engagement, and capability-building from top management to frontline operations. Main Responsibilities Lead the RPS² Roll-Out across the division/region and adjacent areas. Serve as the central point of contact for all RPS²-related topics. Select, train, and guide RPS² experts in the plants (2nd line leadership). Lead, moderate, and coach operational teams in implementing RPS² tools and methods following global standards. Facilitate workshops, trainings, and qualification sessions on key RPS² topics. Coordinate and lead large-scale optimization projects across plants and the full supply chain from concept creation through implementation. Ensure alignment and communication of the process vision for all plants within the division/region. Adapt global RPS² methods to division-specific needs. Promote, train, and reinforce RPS² as a company-wide philosophy , from top-management to shop-floor operators. Support C-PS in the conceptual development of the RPS² framework. Monitor, control, and ensure compliance with division-specific RPS² goals alongside Heads of Operations. Prepare and coordinate reporting on all RPS² activities within the division/region. Organize and promote Best Practice sharing across locations. Define and activate escalation measures when deviations occur against defined targets. What We’re Looking For Strong expertise in Lean Management , Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence. Proven experience leading cross-functional optimization projects in manufacturing or supply chain. Excellent facilitation, coaching, and change management skills. Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels — from leadership to shop-floor. Strong analytical mindset and experience working with KPIs and performance improvement metrics.
