Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to join our Integration and Platform Architecture - Enterprise Architecture team. This role is focused on supporting the Technology Strategy practice with an emphasis on blockchain technology and its applications within client businesses. In this role, you will help articulate business issues, identify suitable blockchain use cases, perform cost-benefit analyses, and contribute to the development of business cases. You will also support digital transformation projects and emerging technology engagements, delivering actionable insights that address complex challenges. Key Responsibilities: Support market research and competitive assessments through structured qualitative and quantitative analysis. Contribute to the development of client strategies, action plans, and roadmaps by gathering inputs, performing analysis, and drafting recommendations and deliverables. Demonstrate foundational understanding of blockchain fundamentals including distributed ledgers and consensus mechanisms. Assess blockchain use cases and communicate their potential value to clients using both business and technical acumen. Build strong client relationships by actively participating in and leading meetings, preparing materials, and documenting action items. Support business development activities including proposal creation and go-to-market initiatives. Take ownership of assigned tasks, navigate ambiguous situations, and focus on delivering client value. Support delivery of blockchain projects ranging from strategy assessments and proof of concept to production rollouts. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting or industry roles supporting technology strategy, digital transformation, or emerging technology projects. Demonstrated understanding of blockchain architecture components: wallets, nodes, APIs, and integration layers. Exposure to smart contract development or deployment on platforms such as Ethereum, Stellar, or Solana. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps concepts supporting blockchain implementations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
