Job Title

The Jr. National Account Specialist will be responsible for working with multi-unit customers to resolve complex commercial credit, billing, and collections issues to improve daily sales outstanding (DSO). The Jr.NAS will research, verify and analyze returns, proof of delivery, short/over payments, and allowances. Use analytical methods to report to management cash applications, sales, and payment trends affecting commercial customers. In addition, the Jr. NAS will take actions necessary to resolve national account billing issues or inquiries to collect past due balances. Jr. National Account Specialist will: Develop effective and cooperative working relationships with Major Account Representative, Business Development Managers and National Account Customers. Maintain credit customer accounts to ensure debt collections and credit account setups are completed timely and aligned with policies and processes as well as KPIs.
