Provides engineering services implementing standardization (Maintenance plans, technical training, analysis and troubleshooting, capacity enhancement, improved technologies, training manuals) and develops continuous improvement strategies.About Your RoleParticipate in the development and implementation of manufacturing systems, assembly lines, methods, process sheets, standards and operator instructions. Make recommendations for the improvement of systems to achieve the goals of quality, cost and cycle time. Assist in analysis / cost reduction projects and production layouts, line balancing, cost analysis.Coordinate and implement ECO/ERN.Perform analysis and control capabilities and implement changes for lines for rolling, mixing and increased capacity.Review and analyze project information/product to the manufacturing system definition (Equipment, materials, specific product cycle times, balancing, ergonomics, safety).Interpret schematic diagrams and verify correct performance/ functionality in the field.Attend equipment releases and/or tools provider. Propose and justify improvements to products and/or processes to reduce costs and increase productivity.Coordinate implementation and monitor the three phases of releases. Document, implement and control the transfer checklist, release processes, five sections. Work with the Design Engineer to ensure proper manufacturing product.Obtain information on machines or equipment (manuals, drawings, spare part lists, routine maintenance) and deliver to appropriate areas.Develop and establish distribution and manufacturing process flow.Test and evaluate prototypes of new models.Perform any other activity that warrants the position or assigned by the immediate supervisor.Coordination of working groups for the implementation of assigned projectsSamples requirement engineering.Develop flow diagram, process FMEA. Provides support for the development of CPs.Elaborate instruction sheets and visual aids: process, operation, maintenance routines, training partners (supervisors, technical & mechanical).Reverse engineering application.Develop key performance indicators for release of a new project.Establish recommendations for changes and updates on new products.
