A multinational company specializing in the marketing of ingredients, flavorings, and innovative solutions for the global food industry is seeking aJunior Key Account Executive for the Meat and Poultry Segment.Job Objective:Responsible for managing strategic accounts, driving sales growth, and expanding market share in this category.This is a key position to ensuring the maintenance and business growth in critical accounts, with a special emphasis on increasing and accelerating the development of our solutions portfolio and building strong relationships of trust with clients.Requirements:Academic Background: Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Language: Advanced English (Spoken and Written)Understanding of functional ingredients (binders, phosphates, proteins, hydrocolloids, fibers, etc.) and their interactions.Experience: 3-5 years in the meat and poultry processing industry.Willingness to travel within the country.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute account plans for strategic clients in the meat and poultry sectors.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in assigned accounts.Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the Company's product portfolio.Ensure sales achievement, profitability, and market share targets in assigned accounts.Manage complex projects, coordinating with internal teams (applications, service, marketing) to guarantee customized solutions.Continuously monitor the competition, market trends, and client needs to propose growth strategies.Represent the Organization in meetings, presentations, and negotiations with key clients.We offer:Competitive base salary based on experienceHiring directly by the companyFull benefits as required by law (100% payroll)Additional benefits (grocery vouchers, medical insurance, 30 days of Christmas bonus, among others)Experience with cutting-edge technologies and the best global practices.Professional development within a leading food innovation company.Job zone: Av.
