About the Role This position requires a passionate and strategic leader who can translate consumer insights into compelling brand and product strategies. You will be responsible for building and executing marketing strategies aligned with customer needs, market trends, and innovation capabilities pipeline. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a high-performing regional marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and strategic thinking. Build and execute marketing strategies aligned with customer needs, market trends, and innovation capabilities pipeline. Partner with key FMCG clients to deliver market analysis and connect brands to fragrance concepts and storytelling. Translate consumer insights into actionable ideas to support creative briefs. Cross-functionally collaborate with sales, perfumery, consumer insights, and global marketing teams. Support the development of presentations, workshops, and storytelling tools for customer engagement. Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and emerging trends in scent categories. Represent at customer meetings and internal forums. Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or innovation, preferably within the fragrance or FMCG industry. Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and mentoring talent. Passionate about fragrances , consumer behavior, and the categories in the FMCG industry. Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and strong storytelling abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Comfortable working in a fast-paced , matrixed, and multicultural environment.
