Job Description

Job Responsibility # Docking with customer shipping requirements, confirming line quotations with business, and flight plans with logistics, and feeding back to customers to meet customer requirements; # Sorted out the delivery guidelines of customer, sorted out the logistics and customs clearance flow of the Mexican section, and completed the delivery; # Logistics route planning, flight booking and handling of in-transit anomalies; # Check export information, confirm customs declaration and confirm destination recipient information; # Handle logistics anomalies in Mexico, meet customer's requirements, and report major anomalies to the supervisor at the same time; # Assist supervisors in achieving work goals and ensuring that 100% of work is accomplished.Job Requirements # Undergraduate and above, 3-5 years‘ related experience; # Fluent in Chinese and Spanish; # Excellent communication,coordination skills,the ability to withstand pressure, clear thinking and strong problem solving skills; # Strong sense of customer service, responsible, hard-working, high efficiency working, experience of VIP customer service; # Proficient in the use of computers and office software; # Positive attitude,sense of the overall situation.
