Asset Management and Protection Specialist This role is a key position within our Asset Protection and Security Department. We are seeking an experienced professional with extensive knowledge in asset management, operational security, and loss prevention to join our team as an Asset Management and Protection Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, traceability, and security of our physical, material, and assets through the implementation of advanced control systems, audits, and corporate policies. This includes supervising the management, traceability, and protection of all company assets (equipment, tools, materials, and logistics resources). Key Responsibilities include: Designing and implementing Asset Management and Asset Protection strategies focused on minimizing losses, theft, and material damage. Controlling the entry and exit of materials, ensuring proper documentation and traceability within digital systems. Creating and managing QR code labels for real-time tracking and control of company assets. Conducting periodic audits and inventory reconciliations, verifying the existence, condition, and depreciation of assets. Enforcing physical and operational security protocols in compliance with corporate policies. Supervising and training internal and external security personnel in asset control and loss prevention procedures. Performing real-time operational monitoring through CCTV, alarms, and digital patrol systems to detect and report incidents. Investigating losses or irregularities and developing corrective and preventive action plans. Requirements for this role include: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Security, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in patrimonial control, asset management, industrial security, or Loss Prevention. Strong analytical and results-driven mindset. Effective communication and crisis management skills. High integrity, confidentiality, and accountability. Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
