Requirements for the automated equipment, incorporates needs for new product development, design changes or process improvements related to capacity increase, quality and process productivity improvement metrics. Leads the planning, design, scheduling and control of Automation projects to support new product development. Contributes to key performance indicator achievements and supports company initiatives.
