As a Senior Product Manager , you will play a critical role in shaping user experiences and driving digital commerce transformation for one of our key clients. You will partner closely with client business stakeholders and cross-functional teams across North America and LATAM to define product vision, prioritize high-value features, and deliver innovative solutions built on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) with strong alignment to Order Management Systems (OMS). This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of business, technology, and customer experience. Your Impact Drive Product Vision & Strategy Define and continuously refine the product vision, roadmap, and feature strategy for Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations. Build actionable, clear product requirements grounded in customer insights, business objectives, and technical feasibility. Lead Backlog & Delivery Execution Own, prioritize, and groom the product backlog in alignment with client business goals and cross-functional dependencies. Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and well-defined outcomes. Partner with Global & Cross-Functional Teams Collaborate with engineering, design, experience, architecture, and QA teams to deliver seamless, high-quality SFCC experiences. Work alongside OMS and integration teams to ensure commerce, fulfillment, and order flows are optimized end-to-end. Serve as a bridge between LATAM client teams and North America delivery squads. Enhance Customer & Business Value Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to drive digital innovation opportunities. Monitor product performance, KPIs, and user feedback to iterate and improve customer experience and operational efficiency. Ensure transparency and alignment by communicating progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders at all levels. Your Skills & Experience 5+ years of Product Management experience , with a strong track record delivering digital products. Hands-on experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and implementing B2C or B2B commerce solutions. Solid understanding of Order Management Systems (OMS) and their integration with commerce platforms. Strong communication skills in Spanish and English —capable of partnering with both client business stakeholders and global engineering teams. Demonstrated success in Agile environments , including backlog ownership, sprint planning, and iterative delivery. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirements-gathering capabilities with a data-driven mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and deliver in fast-paced digital environments. Set Yourself Apart With Experience driving large-scale commerce transformations or re-platforming initiatives. Background working with Salesforce Order Management , SFRA, or Headless Commerce frameworks. Exposure to customer journey mapping , A/B testing, or UX optimization practices. Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and technical constraints of enterprise commerce ecosystems. Certification(s) in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Product Ownership, or Agile frameworks. Strong storytelling skills—able to craft narratives around value, roadmap intent, and customer needs.
