POSITION SUMMARY Senior Product manager is responsible for implementing product strategy, supporting research, assignment and release of parts for Mexican regional vehicle applications to ensure maximum revenue and compliance to fit form and function that meets or exceeds OE specifications for specified part categories. Also responsible for the growth strategy, identifying market opportunities through customer insights. Drive innovation, growth and operational excellence.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESImplement regional product strategy and develop regional product platform to ensure maximum application coverage and revenue for the assigned region using available data sources in line of regional market needs for quality, pricing, features and benefitsConduct OE part number research and prioritize high potential applications to applicateIdentify sourcing partners and collaborate with sourcing team to validate sourced partsCollaborate with MDM and item release team to set up new part informationParticipate in quality and validation testing of product line partsCollaborate with catalog function to develop regional product coverage reports and customer communicationsConduct periodic reviews and manage critical revenue, coverage and margin KPIsMaintain understanding of prevailing market trends in the related categories in the regionBusiness case development, building financial justifications for new productsMarket support by positioning the product, developing technical content, and launching materialsQUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, & Skills required)Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field. MBA preferred.Experience: 10+ years of experience combined product management, engineering or research, in Mexico in the automotive aftermarketProven track record in process improvement, project management, managing new product releases and product launchesLeadership and problem-solving related to logistics issuesBusiness English language proficiencyMicrosoft Office suite skilledProduct KnowledgeFamiliarity with Mexico automotive aftermarket, parts distribution, is strongly preferredKnowledge of product and catalog management toolsSoft SkillsCustomer focus and sales orientedInitiative, determination, taking ownership and completing objectives with a strong drive and energy to deliver resultsStrong work ethic and self drivenComfortable with data-driven decision-making, performance scorecards, and KPIsAble to operate in a fast-moving, matrixed, and remote-first environmentStrong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills at all organizational levelsAnalytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to business strategyExperience working with data and content via various systems/formats including ERP, PIM, ACES/PIES and TecDocProficiency in product and project management tools, MDM platforms, and data analyticsStrong experience in data governance, master data clean-up, and ownership frameworksChange management experience, particularly in transitioning from decentralized to centralized modelsLanguageFluent in Spanish and English#J-18808-Ljbffr
