Your mission will be to work alongside Caylent's Engineers, Architects, Sales, and Project Managers to deliver AWS solutions across our diverse and forward‑thinking customer base.ResponsibilitiesServe as a technical advisor and thought leader across multiple workstreams and strategic customer engagements.Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and design high‑impact, cloud solutions.Lead discovery sessions, create and present technical artifacts, and define long‑term architectural strategy.Guide small teams or oversee larger teams through implementation and delivery.Contribute to Agile ceremonies and provide architectural direction across internal and external projects.Create and share public‑facing content that showcases Caylent's innovation and technical leadership.Support pre‑sales through proposal development, scoping, and technical estimation.Mentor Architects and Engineers across projects and practices to elevate technical execution and growth.Represent Caylent with delivery excellence and deep technical leadership.QualificationsCore Consulting QualificationsBuild trust with senior stakeholders through transparency, strategic updates, and reliable delivery.Proactively identify and mitigate risks that could impact customer success or project alignment.Facilitate priority alignment and conflict resolution across multi‑stakeholder environments.Guide cross‑functional teams through challenging scenarios with calm, strategic leadership.Handle escalations and scope‑related disagreements with professionalism, clarity, and confidence.Remain composed in high‑stakes or unexpected situations, reinforcing alignment and proposing actionable next steps.Technical QualificationsDeep expertise with AWS cloud services.Strong experience writing, reviewing, and deploying code using modern languages such as Go, React, Angular, TypeScript, Python, etc.Technical background in application development and modern architecture.Experience managing customer engagements and contributing to project delivery.Desire to integrate innovative technologies into development workflow; familiarity with Generative AI technologies.Proficient in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and cloud automation.Experience working in client‑facing roles within consulting or professional services.Preferred: Experience with testing and automation, UI/UX related deliverables, Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI, acceleration tools like Amazon Q Developer, GitHub Copilot, Cursor.AI, or similar.Benefits100% remote workMedical insurance for you and eligible dependentsGenerous holidays and flexible PTOCompetitive phantom equityPaid for exams and certificationsPeer bonus awardsState‑of‑the‑art laptop and toolsEquipment & office stipendIndividual professional development planAnnual stipend for learning and developmentWork with an amazing worldwide team and an incredible corporate cultureThis role may require up to 25% travel, depending on business needsNOTE We’re unable to provide visa sponsorship now or at any time in the future.Equal Opportunity Employment At Caylent, we are committed to fair, transparent, and inclusive hiring practices.
