Position Objective In this position, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all personnel-related operations for the company. Your role will be fundamental in ensuring that our employees are motivated and committed to our goals. Responsibilities Manage recruitment and selection. Oversee the onboarding process. Manage employee relations. Plan and implement training and development programs. Manage internal communications. Business English (reports to international staff). Education minimum: Licenciatura. 10 years of experience.
