3PL Warehouse Operations Sr Manager Responsibilities:# Responsible for the logistics operations Outbound/Shipping/Inventory Management. # Analyze and follow up on the Forecast and Business Plan for a better outcome in the P&L # Review and negotiation of KPIs with the client. # Generate operational cost-saving proposals for the account. # Analysis and authorization of Head Count. # Strategic management of the support area (staff). # Responsible for generating and monitoring budgets. # Strategic planning for Head Count calculation. # Authorization of purchase orders for the site. # Manages expense control. # Negotiation of contract scope rates with the client. # Review of internal and external audits. # Strategic resource planning for peak season. # Payroll approval..
