Lead all plant operations including fabrication, welding, assembly, maintenance, and logistics.Convert demand and S&OP into executable production plans; manage capacity and resources across two facilities.Ensure KPIs and daily management systems are met and continuously improved.Drive zero-incident safety and maintain regulatory compliance.Guarantee quality at source and implement effective corrective actions.Plan and execute process and product transfers from the U.S.; validate tooling and ensure launch readiness.Scale up operations aggressively as headcount grows, building systems and capabilities for expansion.Hire, mentor, and develop supervisors and teams; set clear goals and accountability.Implement Lean initiatives to reduce waste and cost; optimize layout and material flow.Manage budgets, CapEx, and cost-reduction plans tied to quarterly targets.Greenfield Leadership OpportunityMetal-Mechanics Expertise in Action 10-15 years of experience in metal-mechanics or sheet-metal manufacturing (fabrication, forming, welding, machining, finishing).Minimum 5 years leading sheet-metal operations or fast-growth manufacturing environments with 200+ employees.Proven success in scaling greenfield or major transfer projects.Strong knowledge of sheet-metal processes: cutting/laser, bending, forming, welding, assembly, powder coating, tooling.Expertise in production planning, capacity modeling, standard work, and cost optimization.Familiarity with ERP/MES systems and KPI management (OTD, OEE, scrap, throughput, conversion cost).Competitive benefits salary, relocation assistance available.Opportunities for professional growth within the industrial and manufacturing industry.Work in a large organization based in Tijuana.
