Técnico Líder de Edificio – Eaton Lead the facilities technicians to ensure safe, quality service that maintains the building and installed equipment in optimal condition. What You’ll Do Lead facilities technicians to deliver safe, high‑quality service for building and equipment maintenance. FUNCIÓN PRINCIPAL Lead the facilities technicians to provide safe, quality service that maintains the building installations and equipment in optimal condition. Funciones Esenciales Maintain preventive maintenance records and checklists for HVAC, electrical, gas, pneumatic, lighting, IT, and fire protection systems. Comply with safety, environmental, C‑TPAT, OEA, and insurance guidelines as required by Eaton and relevant authorities. Ensure timely supply of electricity, water, and gas. Follow ISO 9001:2015 procedures. Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015. Qualifications CONOCIMIENTO ESPECIALIZADO Leadership/Advancement. Intermediate Office suite proficiency. Advanced technical knowledge in electromechanical and HVAC. Diploma in Safety – Certificate (desirable). Forklift license, updated (desirable). High school diploma; technical degree in Electrical, HVAC, or Building Maintenance (desirable). Minimum 6 years in facilities. Intermediate technical English (written, spoken, read).
