Program Management Role A program manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a program, ensuring customer needs are met, and guiding program-related decisions in accordance with customer contract terms. This includes understanding the requirements to launch a new program or order, managing customer relationships and satisfaction, as well as maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and vendors. The successful candidate will define program objectives, scope, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans. They will also monitor program progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues effectively while communicating program status updates and challenges to relevant stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2-5+ years of proven experience as a program manager. Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
