Develop and execute data-driven pricing strategies to maximize revenue and market competitiveness. The ideal candidate will lead pricing strategy, analyze property performance, and use benchmarking to identify revenue opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Pricing Strategy & ForecastingBuild and maintain pricing models, demand forecasts, and scenario analyses. Hotel Performance & BenchmarkingConduct property performance analysis using key performance indicators such as ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and booking pace. Revenue OptimizationEvaluate rate plan effectiveness and profitability across channels. Required Experience: 4–6 years of experience in revenue management, pricing analysis, or hotel financial analysis. Strong knowledge of yield management, pricing structures, and hotel revenue KPIs.
