Job Description As a key member of the sustainability team, you will play a crucial role in driving Americas decarbonization efforts. Your primary focus will be on coordinating and executing strategic roadmaps to achieve zero product waste and water targets by 2030. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify, define, and end-to-end project manage specific decarbonisation, waste, and water opportunities in the Americas region. This includes evaluating the potential impact of regional legislation on supply chain operations and adapting strategies accordingly. Furthermore, you will lead research and evaluation of new decarbonization technologies, including alternative fuels, emissions reduction innovations, and driver efficiency training, for potential integration into the regional supply chain. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in logistics, administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong focus on transportation and logistics. Proven expertise in successfully executing logistics decarbonisation initiatives, including financial modelling and business case preparation. Knowledge of carbon accounting principles and methodologies, such as the GHG Protocol and GLEC Framework. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring compliance with regional sustainability legislation, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, and sharing best practices within the organization.
