Key Roles and Responsibilities This role involves the implementation of strategies to optimize energy production, improve efficiency, and reduce operating costs. The key responsibilities include overseeing daily activities, monitoring plant performance data, analyzing forecast and minimizing deviations, implementing preventive maintenance schedules, conducting regular inspections of equipment and facilities, collaborating with engineering and technical teams, and preparing reports and documentation. Main Accountabilities: Ensure real-time oversight of plant operations including capacity of PV plants and system performance. Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to optimize energy output and minimize downtime. Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to plant performance. Requirements: Proven experience in solar energy generation or a related industry with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong technical knowledge of solar photovoltaic systems, inverters, and power electronics. Familiarity with SCADA systems and monitoring software for plant performance analysis. Proficient in Scada, PV Syst and Python.
