The role will be Remote (working from home). In this role, you will be responsible formanaging the end-to-end lifecycle of training programs, from needs identification and content design to delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement. You will serve as a key point of contact within the OneHR model, advocating for Talent Management processes and Learning and Development initiatives across multiple business units. Yo will be developing and facilitating engaging learning experiences, as well as overseeing the entire lifecycle of training projects from initiation to completion. This role requires a strong combination of facilitation skills, project management expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement in learning and development.In this role, you will: Training Lifecycle Management:Manage the full lifecycle of training projects, including the creation of project plans, execution, monitoring, and evaluation. Program Design & Development:Work independently, collaborating with SMEs and key stakeholders to identify training needs and design programs that align with organizational goals. Develop content that is relevant, impactful, and easily applicable. Training Facilitation:Lead the facilitation of training sessions, ensuring that learning objectives are met through interactive and engaging methods. Evaluation & Improvement:Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and impact of learning experiences. Stakeholder Engagement:Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of training initiatives with strategic business objectives. Account Management Ownership:As part of the OneHR model, represent the Global Talent COE across multiple business units in the Account Management structure. You are the key point of contact, taking ownership of the relationship between the COE & the business.What you'll bring: Facilitation Expertise:Proven ability to facilitate training sessions effectively, with a focus on participant engagement and knowledge retention. Highly organised and able to efficiently manage multiple priorities with a strong operational / delivery focus. Preferred Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or facilitation (e.g., ATD).
