You are customer-focused and inclusive in how you work with others. Required Technical And Professional Experience Support the Workday Compensation capability area. May also support HCM Core, Staffing/Onboarding, Benefits, Talent Management, Recruiting, etc. Partner with Compensation/Total Rewards Team in design and deployment of complex global annual merit and bonus cycles in Workday. Analysis, solution design and development, product delivery and post-production migration support of functional modifications and enhancements to Workday HR systems/tools. Serve as Workday SME; actively participate in Workday Releases and stay ahead of new features/functionality. Manage annual compensation administration including merit and incentive processes; ensure system and data interfaces are current and optimized. Maintain salary administration including job structure, total compensation structure, eligibility, communication and training. Part of the team responsible for business configuration and maintenance of the Workday HR Systems across internal employees and downstream systems. Knowledge of HR processes and touch points in HCM, payroll, benefits, time tracking, recruiting, and security. Viewed as a trusted advisor and credible business process and technical expert to business teams. Translate business and technical requirements into a project and architectural blueprint; identify solutions for Workday product gaps and craft solutions to influence key decision makers. Global Coverage including America, EMEA and APJC regions. Serve as a designated Subject Matter Expert (SME) and system administrator. Partner with HRBPs and senior leaders to identify opportunities to leverage Workday; create project plans and implement improvements/deploy new features. Regularly maintain awareness of new updates and communicate information to impacted stakeholders. Implement process improvements and new features on a rolling basis. Configure, test, and administer annual processes in Workday, including: Performance Reviews for regular and eligible workers Compensation (salary increases and bonuses) for regular and eligible workers Create and maintain dashboards; deploy dashboards to business leaders. Serve as the primary reviewer when data is entered into the system; regularly audit data for accuracy. Plan and coordinate preparations for major system updates, including update timelines and stakeholder communication. Serve as a main support contact for user questions and proactively resolve or escalate issues as appropriate. Qualifications Bachelor's degree; Master’s or advanced certifications preferred. English Advanced Experience leading Core and Advanced Compensation cycles in Workday. Experience deploying multiple Workday HCM implementations. 3+ years of experience as a hands-on Workday SME, configuring and maintaining HCM, Core and Advanced Compensation modules. Excellent customer service and communication skills to work with internal executive leadership and clients. Strong ability to translate business needs into system configuration.
