**Job Overview** Planet Water is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing access to safe drinking water to impoverished communities. We direct our attention to two critical areas: supporting schools and local communities in Latin America and the Asia-Pacific regions, as well as the provision of safe drinking water in the aftermath of natural disasters worldwide. Our team is looking for a skilled Construction Project Supervisor to oversee and manage our in-country program/project activities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading construction projects and managing teams. The role involves: Leading project deployments and overseeing the installation of water filtration systems in schools and community settings; Acquiring knowledge of PWF's water filtration systems and training recipient beneficiaries; Monitoring project conditions after deployment and defining corrective action to ensure sustainability; Overseeing program/project activities in Mexico and occasionally traveling internationally. **Key Qualifications** University graduate with at least 5 years of related working experience; Ability and desire to work and travel to project locations across Mexico (approximately 50%) with occasional international travel; Complete fluency in both English and Spanish as a mandatory requirement; Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills; Computer literate including proficiency with Microsoft Office programs – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
