In this role, you will be the main point of contact for prospects and active applicants, ensuring they have the information, guidance, and support needed to successfully complete their loan applications. Work closely with internal departments, especially the credit team, to ensure timely and accurate loan processing. Key Responsibilities: Assist prospective loan applicants with questions before and during the application process. Provide timely pre-closing communications to explain loan terms, product details, and organizational policies. Notify applicants of application approvals, expirations, or rejections and offer guidance on next steps when applicable. Manage collection of any required additional documentation by coordinating with applicants and internal teams. Liaise with the credit department and other internal teams to ensure all necessary information and documentation are available for application review. Assist with applicant data intake and ensure accurate entry of client information across multiple platforms. Maintain up-to-date and organized records of communications and documents. Support additional administrative or operational tasks as assigned by management. Cross-selling. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree completed. Prior experience in customer service, loan processing, or financial services preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with office software and CRM platforms (training provided).
