Manage and supervise work activities to ensure they are conducted harmoniously and in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT), the Collective Bargaining Agreement, the Internal Work Regulations, and Company Policies and Standards. Develop programs and methods to achieve the strategic objectives of the company and the HR department. Provide initial support for managing labor relations. Participate in tracking employee turnover and absenteeism metrics. Mediate labor disputes arising from company employees. Provide administrative support for job classification changes. Support the enforcement of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, Internal Work Regulations, and Company Policies. Address inquiries, questions, and complaints from all personnel regarding the Collective Bargaining Agreement, Internal Work Regulations, and Company Policies. Implement programs to help maintain a positive work environment. Provide support in managing transportation, cleaning, and cafeteria services. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 - 5 years minimum experience in Labor Relations. 3 - 5 years minimum experience in Human Resources. 3 - 5 years minimum experience in the automotive industry.
