Job Description

Protecting an organization's assets and personnel from various threats requires a comprehensive approach. As a Corporate Security Manager, you will develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure the physical, human, technological, and informational security of our facilities. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement electronic security systems (CCTV, alarms, sensors) to monitor and control access points, perimeters, and critical zones. Supervise the physical security of all national facilities, including surveillance coverage, vehicle and pedestrian access control, and secure storage procedures. Manage external security companies, decide on shifts, and coordinate performance of subcontracted security personnel. Craft protocols for shipping, receiving, transit, and secure storage to prevent loss or damage. Analyze vulnerabilities in the Supply Chain and identify areas for improvement. Lead emergency actions at all work centers, coordinate with local authorities in case of incidents, and design campaigns to strengthen company security. Prepare periodic reports on incidents, performance metrics, and updates. Qualifications: Relevant Education and Experience: Possess a degree in a relevant field (e.g., criminology, security management) and several years of experience in corporate security. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
